Hills + heat = pain

Monday I ran five miles on the treadmill and did a full body weight routine that went like this.

I did three sets of fifteen of all exercises. Romanian dead life should read Romanian dead lift of course.

Tuesday I was tired and just did a mile on the treadmill.

Yesterday I took the kids to South Park and I ran around the horse track while they played and walked. I only ran 5K.

Today I ran six miles. I ran from my house up into Brentwood and back. It is serious hills. Pretty much 2 miles uphill, 2 miles flatish, and two miles downhill. It was relatively cool when I left, but it didn’t last long. My legs worked hard and they are seriously tired.

It was a great run and an excellent way to start the day.
